This CD unit was easy to fit and the system now works perfectly. Remove the CD tray front cover by sliding up carefully. Remove screws to open the main cover, remove 4 screws holding CD unit(CDU) in the chassis. Ease the CDU up to reveal the 3 x wires connecting it, these all pull out whilst being gentle but firm. Remove the solder as in picture 4 using desoldering braid before reconnecting the new unit, screw back into place test with power before closing the cover then replace the from tray cover and away you go.
