I was pleased to see replacement parts were available. Saves money! There was nothing wrong with iron other than the broken clasp on this part. Selection on the website was easy. There was plenty of information of how to match the spare to the machine. Once ordered the part arrived within a couple of days. I was well pleased with the service. Would I come back? And, would I recommend? Based on my experience, absolutely.
