Customer Service Review

The time when you find out what a company’s customer service is REALLY like is when something goes wrong. Allow me to demonstrate:
Due to order glitch, nobody’s fault, our delivery date was missed. I contacted sales2repair and CS Swooped in, apologised, shipped the part with the fastest shipping, following on with updates until it arrived and refunded our shipping which I thought was a nice gesture. An email arrived in the interim with an apology from the Managing Director.
If I could package up how this company does Customer Service, I would then have it as the benchmark for every company. Outstanding is the word I would use to describe the issue to resolution process.
Looking forward to ordering from you again in the future.
