Ordering a commutator cleaning stone is precarious given how fragile the stone is. The packaging around this was thick bubble wrap making it pretty solidly contained within. It was received broken in several places which is hard to understand how. When I reported it the the team quickly sent out a replacement with no debate. The second one still broke but was fine for the intended use. These things happen, but the difference is the team resolved the problem quickly for me.
